MOD merupakan dimana kita merubah atau memodifiy tampilan Item, skill, sound, dll yang ada di DOTA 2. Jadi tampilan yang kita rubah hanya dari client kita sendiri jadi yang bisa melihatnya hanya kita saja dan ini 100% aman (bukan cheat). Setelah kita mod kostum hero di DOTA berubah menjadi berkostum arcana tetapi tidak semua hero hanya hero-hero tertentu saja. Lumayan lah dari pada beli steam wallet mahal. 3. Lalu Open dota2mod.exe dan install. Harap pilih path / lokasi DOTA 2 anda terlebih dahulu! Anda harus memilih path / lokasi DOTA 2 anda sebelum memulai "Mod Dota", setelah itu tunggu beberapa menit lalu anda bisa memulai MOD DOTA 2
